It is a sister company to NordVPN, one of the biggest and mostpopular VPN providersaround today.
Download Protection is a simple tool - whichever files the user downloads, it will scan for potential malware.
NordLayer said it works at all times, even if a user is not connected to a VPN.
Other desktop platforms are soon to follow, it was concluded.
