I had the pleasure of testing a unit to see how it compared to thebest air purifierson the market.
Check out my review below for the full story.
I wont lie, I winced the first time I became aware of the Molekule Air Pro’s price.
The outer housing is made from substantial-feeling aluminum and medical-grade polycarbonate.
A tan-colored faux leather handle is attached at the front and back of the purifier using large metal pins.
There are five screens to swipe between.
Screen three has Auto Protect mode and five individual fan speeds.
This top piece will slowly rise up, allowing you to remove it and reach the filter.
The Molekule app allowed me to view the current air score, and switch between fan modes.
Its only a shame that the app options are quite basic.
At this price point, I expected a greater number of features.
This is the biggest range weve seen in all of the air purifiers weve tested to date.
It got there eventually, though.
Its curious that an air purifier at this price doesnt have Bluetooth connectivity as well as Wi-Fi.
At this point, the air quality graph in the app had a little wobble.
The fan didnt speed up as high as I’d expected.
Should I buy the Molekule Air Pro?
This can be better for clearing odors that cheaper purifiers might miss.
While it does a good job and looks good for the money, its an awfully large investment.
You have unreliable Wi-FiFor some strange reason, the Air Pro doesnt have Bluetooth connectivity.
I left it running in my bedroom overnight to determine whether it disturbed my sleep.
