Granted, I have seen a very small number of users mention DPI parameters as high as 8,000.

But these users are the exception.

What about esports pros?

So the vast majority of casual gamers aren’t going anywhere near 10,000 DPI, let alone 30,000.

Maybe these extreme DPI mice are made for the pros instead.

But no, they’re not.

It’s going to be a struggle.

you could accommodate this by adjusting the cursor sensitivity controls in Windows, but…why?

Ultimately, I think ultra-high DPI configs boil down to marketing ploys.

Even if no one asked for it.
