Thats not a bad thing as the RTX 4070 is a very capable GPU and can give great results.
At these parameters the NUC 970 manages 65fps with DLSS off, and 114fps with DLSS on.
That said, the 970 isnt exactly quiet when gaming though its better than most laptops.
